Jon grew up in Carpentersville, IL, and recently completed his PhD in Theological Studies. While working on his graduate degrees, Jon worked in a variety of roles at SourceLink, where he currently works as the Plant Manager. Jon enjoys teaching Sunday School classes at Community Baptist Church in Greer, SC. He also enjoys spending his time with his girls, reading theology and a variety of other subjects, running, and expanding his culinary skills (in that order).

Renee grew up near Hershey, PA. She and Jon met in college and were married in 2007. Renee worked as a high school English teacher for 6 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Renee enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, dabbling in watercolors and pencil-sketching, and studying human neurological function.

God has blessed Jon and Renee with two beautiful daughters. Cara is 11 years old and loves reading The Wingfeather Saga and The Lord of the Rings over and over again. Emily is 8 years old, and she is usually engrossed in books or discussions about the US presidents.
